James Goodman has sold over 500 homes in Phoenix in the past 6 years. His best listing generation system is giant community events “that don’t take up much of my time”. For example, he gets 1,000+ people to attend a car show. The event is paid for by sponsors, paying a 501c(3), set up to accept sponsor money. James wants to meet someone at the mastermind with systems set up to get cold appointments in a seller niche (divorce, expired, FSBO, etc).
